Group Travel Terms and Conditions

QUOTES:

Group rates quoted are guaranteed for 24 hours.

DEPOSITS:

A deposit of 50% of the total invoice is due within 24 hours of the booking.

Reservation Window:

Approximately 11 months in advance. The entire itinerary must be completed within this period.

Fare:

The fare is the actual price of the airfare. It includes taxes, security charges, or any other fees.

Guaranteed Fare:

The fare amount is guaranteed until ticketing if all group rules are met and no changes are made. Group discounts are offered; discounts vary.

CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS:

Capacity restrictions will apply and may vary by destination.

Changes:

Free up to 72 hours prior to departure.

Name Changes:

Substitute group members may take the place of members who cannot travel.

Ticket Rules:

Each group member must abide by the rules and restrictions of the ticket's fare.

Ticketing Timeline:

The deadline for paying for tickets depends upon when the reservation is made:

Final name list is due at this time.The entire ticketing process can be paid for with a single credit card or multiple credit cards, check or cash. Once space is secured a Confirmation Letter with terms and conditions will be provided.
